Treeson exhibition

Treeson by Western Australian artist Sally Stoneman will be on display at the Rockingham Arts Centre from Wednesday 3 December to Sunday 21 December. Opening hours 10am – 12.30pm and 1pm – 4pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
Treeson is a collection of works, including sculptures, created over the last few years along with a new body of paintings and drawings. A soundscape weaves each element together and acts as an opportunity for the viewer to reflect on their relationship to the environment.
Through the use of found materials, several works in Treeson also discuss stories of the past and present including colonisation, environmental fragility, resilience, erosion, and our interconnection and interaction with nature being at the heart of our future.
An Opening Event and Artist Talk with Sally Stoneman will be held on Saturday 6 December, 4pm – 6pm. Register here
