Term 1 at RYC: Rockin’ Jams

Rockin’ Jams is suited to young musicians who want to explore their interest in music, performing and songwriting. Throughout the term, attendees will jam to classic songs with the aim to be able to play all songs and parts as a group by the end of the term. Each week will start with a songwriting exercise to spark their imaginations.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own instruments or try out a new instrument in the jam room. At the end of the program attendees are invited to the John Butler Studio for an excursion and a chance to record your own music!
Suitable for young people 14 – 22 years.
