Read and Play Day
Bring the kids and enjoy a relaxed, fun-filled morning by the foreshore at Read and Play Day – a free community event for young families.
Settle in and READ hundreds of books in our cosy, cushion-lined book-nook tents, then head out to PLAY on the big Ridley Park foreshore playground. There’s something for everyone to enjoy.
What’s on the day:
- Free ice cream for the first 30 children
- Coffee van available for adults
- Free car seat checks (9am to 11am)
- Storytime under the trees at 10am
No bookings required – just come along and enjoy a beautiful morning of reading, play, and connection.
