Come shoot some hoops, try out some mini basketball ,soccer, volleyball or even badminton games have some fun and meet new people.

This event is open for young people aged 9-17 yrs, youth who do not meet the required age will have their ticket refunded. For this event, Canning Youth invites guardians to stay for this activity and enjoy lunch with their young people.

Canning Youth has partnered with the StreetSport program brought to you by “Community Development Officer Queens Park, Community Development Officer Community Activation and the Youth Services Team” for this action packed fun school holiday program!

The StreetSport Program and celebration event is proudly funded by the Department of Justice under the Criminal Property Confiscation Grant Program.

Please ensure that you arrive 5 mins prior to the event start time to have your name marked off by one of the Youth Workers and bring your ticket with you. Enclosed Shoes must me worn.

Please note, that no food will be provided during this event. Water is available however we do encourage you to bring your own water bottle and packed lunch.

Our qualified youth team will do all they can to ensure young people are safe, supported and supervised during their time on our programs and in our centres. A large part of our Youth Service is delivering drop-in from youth centres and outreach activities at various locations; meaning young people can come and go as they please during opening times. Please note: if a young person chooses to leave in the middle of a program or centre open hours, they have the right to do so. City of Canning does not take responsibility for young people who leave the centre or are not in the premises. City of Canning youth staff do not have the authority to keep young people at our premises at the request of parents.
