Perth Observatory, Western Australia’s oldest observatory, is situated 35 km east of Perth in the scenic suburb of Bickley. Recognized for its scientific, cultural, and historical significance, Perth Observatory was added to the state’s Heritage Register in 2005.

This event includes:

1. Crafting Sessions:

• DIY Fluid Astronaut/Space Bear: Choose a 28cm astronaut or space bear, pick three 60ml paint colours, pour and blend for instant art.
• Paint Planet Lamp: Design a personalized hand-painted lamp to brighten your space creatively.

2. Observatory Tours:

• Solar Telescope Observation: Observing sunspots to understand their formation and impact.
