Join the Coffee & Coast Rockingham Walking Mama’s for a friendly, social walk every Monday at 8am.
This group is designed for mothers and is a great way to stay active while connecting with others.
Each sessions include activities such as:
- catch up over coffee
- coastal walk (roughly 20-25 mins)
- playground break for the kids
Summer schedule
- 8am meet for coffee
- 8.30am set off on coastal walk (roughly 20-25 min walk)
- 9am one-hour stop-off at Shoalwater playground
- 10am walk back to Pengo’s Cafe
- end and have a beautiful day.
