Join the Coffee & Coast Rockingham Walking Mama’s for a friendly, social walk every Wednesday at 8am. 

This group is designed for mothers and is a great way to stay active while connecting with others.

Each sessions include activities such as:

• catch up over coffee
• coastal walk (roughly 20-25 mins)
• playground break for the kids.

Summer Schedule

• 8am meet for coffee 
• 8.30am set off on coastal walk (roughly 20-25 min walk)
• 9am one-hour stop-off at pirate ship playground (opposite Rustico’s) 
• 10am walk back to Spill the Beans
• end and have a beautiful day.
