This is a special ceremony for expecting mothers and for children aged 12 years and under. Through the offering of prayers and blessings from the Venerables, it is hoped that the children may grow up happy, healthy, and live a fulfilling life.

Let the compassion of the Buddha guide your child to do good deeds, say good words and think good thoughts, that he/she may be filled with love and kindness for others.

For mothers-to-be, it is a time to give thanks for a new life soon to enter this world and receive blessings for love, peace and happiness with your child.

You will receive a certificate of attendance, a bracelet for every child and a $10 voucher that can be used at the Fo Guang Shan Chinese School WA, Buddhas Light Scouts or Sunday Kids Buddhist Class.
