In this event, you will learn to make:
- Vegan Tarama
- Vegan Caviar
- Vegan Blinis
- A sweet centrepiece: the Christmas log, aka La bûche de Noël, with White Chocolate and Pistachio.
As a participant, you will get to take away your portion of the food made on the day.
This event is the perfect opportunity to pick Cedric’s brain on all things vegan cooking and baking, how to handle troubleshoots, and be creative with recipes.
