Carlisle/Victoria Park Toy Library

Located at Keith Hayes Community Centre (6 Lathlain Place, Lathlain), the Carlisle & Victoria Park Toy Library has been serving the community since 1989. The library opens Wednesdays (10:00am-11:30am) and Saturdays (9:30am-11:00am). Members can borrow up to 6 toys for 3 weeks, with the option to renew once.

Membership options include:

• Standard: $72/year (includes 6 toys, 4 roster duties, 2 events)
• Committee: $24/year (attends meetings and actively supports the library)
• Concession: $42/year (Health care card holders)
• Non-Duty: $144/year (must attend busy-bee, stocktake, or event)
• Family Day Care: $180/year (No roster, must attend busy-bee, stocktake or event)
• Casual: $15/month + $100 bond
• Coordinator: $36/year (Opens & closes 10 roster duties/year)

The library caters to children aged 0-6 years and offers quality educational toys, games, and puzzles. Standard members are required to complete 4 roster duties per year and attend the annual stocktake and at least one special event. Late returns incur a $2 fine per toy per week.
