Whispers and Whirlwinds
South Side Symphony Orchestra is delighted to present Whispers and Whirlwinds, a captivating concert showcasing a rich and dynamic repertoire conducted by guest maestro Leanna Puttick. The performance will take place on Sunday, 31 August 2025 at Corpus Christi College’s Theatre. This will be an afternoon of vivid orchestral music, with pieces ranging from Camille Saint-Saëns’ haunting Danse Macabre and Prokofiev’s Montagues and Capulets, to Dvořák’s powerful Sixth Symphony and Stamitz’s Flute Concerto in G Major.
