Tucked into the heart of Alkimos on Benenden Avenue, just 35 min North of Perth, Alford Park has long been a favourite for our family play dates โ and now itโs better than ever thanks to a fabulous upgrade! The rubber soft fall flooring, which had seen better days with its cracks and wear, has been completely replacedโฆ and we LOVE the fresh new look! The bright blue rubber not only makes the space safer but adds a splash of fun and colour that kids absolutely adore.
One of the best parts? The parkโs quirky rubber creatures have survived the makeover! A cheerful lizard, a sneaky snake, and a plump frog still lounge around the soft fall area, ready for toddlers to climb, ride or play โcatch the lizardโ with giggles galore. The soft fall zone is full of gentle hills and playful slopes โ perfect for climbing up, racing down, or rolling with laughter.
The main playground itself offers heaps to explore. From a KOMPAN climbing structure, tyre swing, and spinner bowl, to a cute boat-like structure that invites imaginative play, it keeps kids moving and smiling.
The larger play unit features a speedy open slide, rock climbing wall, arched metal ladder, and stairs โ a great challenge for confident climbers.
Looking for something for the grown-ups too? Thereโs a small fitness station with a pull-up seat, elliptical cross trainer, and sit-up bench. No gym membership needed โ just a pair of sneakers and some sunshine! โโ๏ธ
