Support for new parents – together
Becoming parents changes more than routines and sleep – it changes how you communicate, share the load and support each other day to day.
Baby Makes 3 is a relaxed, supportive program for first-time parents, designed to help you navigate this transition together – without judgement, pressure or expectations.
Delivered over two friendly evening sessions, Baby Makes 3 gives you time and space to:
- Feel more like a team as you adjust to life with a baby
- Have clearer, calmer conversations about sharing care and household responsibilities
- Build habits that support a respectful, supportive partnership.
Sessions are interactive but easy-going, with babies welcome, so both parents can attend. Pizza and snacks are provided – just come as you are.
Workshops are facilitated by trained male and female co-leaders, creating a balanced and welcoming environment for both parents.

Two sessions: Saturday 2 May and Saturday 9 May 9-11.30am.
