In Dayton, there is a new playground on Arthur Street known as Dayton Neighboured Park. It is suitable for kids of all ages, with two primary play structures to choose from.
The first structure is suitable for older children, especially those who enjoy climbing, as it consists of ropes bridges, and monkey bars. It has a tunnel in the middle and a slide.
The second play structure more suited for the younger ones has 2 slides, one for the bigger kids and one for the little ones. There are climbing walls, tunnels, rope climb frames, a fireman’s pole and a crossing bridge.
Then around the playground structures are added little areas for the kids to play which include a swing set, a round tree swing, a boogie board balance swing, swing seesaw frame, balance balls.
A big hit with my boy was the car play frame.
There is also a nature play area at the back which just adds another great element to this playground.
Around the play area, there are bench seats and tables, shelter over the play equipment, footpaths for the kids to ride or scooter around, great parking, and toilet facilities.
The play area itself is away from the road and a really large grassed area for the kids to run around.
This playground has everything you could ask for as a parent, so grab your picnic rug and check it out.
