Bennett Brook Railway

Located in Whiteman Park, Bennett Brook Railway offers nostalgic train rides through beautiful bushland just 16km from Perth CBD. Run entirely by volunteers, the railway features historic steam trains (operating mid-May to mid-September) and diesel locomotives. Operating hours are Wednesday-Thursday (11am-1pm), weekends and public holidays (11am-4pm), and school holidays (10am-2pm). Special features include party coach hire, group bookings, and an extensive collection of heritage locomotives and railway memorabilia. The railway showcases WA’s only operational semaphore signaling system. Cash and EFTPOS available. Note: Services may be cancelled during extreme weather conditions.
