Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens

(For teens aged 13 – 17 years)
Take a breath, stretch it out, and find your flow.
Join Claire from Soul Shine Creatives for a 60-minute fun and relaxing yoga practice, especially for young people. This practice is all about moving your body, calming your mind, and feeling more connected to yourself and the world around you. It will help you find ways to:
- Move your body and build strength (in a way that feels good)
- Use breath and movement practices to ease stress and work with big emotions
- Feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in yourself
- Meet like-minded people and feel connected in a chilled, supportive space.
No experience needed, just come as you are.
Bookings are essential for this free event via Humanitix.
This event is strictly for teens aged 13 to 17 years. Please do not book children of other ages as places are limited. You do not need to book for adults accompanying children.
