The City of Fremantle has teamed with Polar Star Yuj to bring together a presentation on the issue of gender-based violence. In this special session, practice the nurturing service of Polar Star Yuj, followed by a presentation on eliminating gender-based violence.
Polar Star Yuj is an organisation dedicated towards ending gender-based violence. It is the culmination of 15 years of research, trials and observations in the field of Change Adaption.
The practice combines 8 strategies into a unique movement that has been proven to better manage anxiety, depression, anger, pain and disease. Class strength, duration and frequency are tailored to suit individual needs.
The event is in honour of ordinary Australians who lost their lives defending victims of gender-based violence.
