Junior Robotics at Thornlie Library
November 4 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us for high-impact learning and fun!
Put on your hard hat and head on over to our construction site! Bricks4Kidz will be at Thornlie Library presenting Construction Craze WeDo® 2.0 Junior Robotics during Term 4. This program is an excellent introduction to basic concepts of robotics and computer programming.
Each week, you will make your own motorised models of tools of the trade and create your own LEGO® construction site. You can expect high-impact fun making a range of tools from hand-held power drills, jack hammers and power saws, to tough all-terrain bulldozers and dump trucks.
Bookings will open 2 weeks prior to each session. Each session runs as a stand-alone lesson, children do not need to attend weekly.
Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the session to ensure you are ready to get started.
For children aged 7-12 years.
Bookings essential – click here to book online
Please note that children between 6 and 12 years old must be accompanied in the library by an adult, or older sibling (13 years and over).
