First Job, Big Future is a short, practical session for teens aged 13–17 who are curious about entering the workforce. Delivered by Paris McNeil, this session gives a quick, hands-on introduction to starting your first job.

- How to build confidence and identify your strengths
This is a friendly, low-pressure session designed to get you started on your first steps into the world of work — perfect for teens who want to know what’s involved before diving in.
