Facilitated by Time’s Up, expert escape room designer Danielle will take the group through a series of FREE workshops where you will be able to create an escape room.

These workshops are suitable for young people in high school or age equivalent and will cover a range of interests including

• Creative design

• 3D printing & laser cutting

• Voice and sound production

• Puzzle making and problem solving

• Tinkering and electronics

• Prop making and programming

All young people will be able to dabble in any of those interests and then deep dive into their favourite aspect over the eight weeks.

Once created the escape room will tour different facilities around City of Wanneroo creating a leader board and a feedback form showcasing your work.

As the escape room will be portable, think of range of differently designed chests that will need to be unlocked to complete the escape.

Other than that, everything is up for design. Anything from the overall theme of the puzzles to the specific electronic layout.

First workshop starts 29 April and runs weekly until 17 June
