Connect and Access: Bridging Support in the Community

Join us for a free community information session bringing together local community support and NDIS organisations!
This session brings together a range of local community and disability organisations to help City of Bayswater residents better understand the supports available to them, including:
- Understanding the NDIS and funding management options
- Early intervention and neurodiversity supports
- Community programs and family support services
- Supports available when entering, transitioning through, or moving out of the NDIS
- Local services, resources, and inclusion initiatives
Presenters include representatives from the City of Bayswater, Neurominded, Kiind, be space, and NDSP Plan Managers. Following the presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to connect directly with organisations during an expo-style networking session.
This session may be particularly valuable for individuals and families who:
- Are exploring possible neurodiverse traits in a child
- Are new to the NDIS or wanting to better understand their options
- Are transitioning into or out of the NDIS
- Are unsure where to start and would like information about community-based supports
Registrations are essential. Register now via Eventbrite.
Come along, ask questions, build connections, and discover the supports available in your community.
