Join us to celebrate 40 years of the Balcatta Tiny Tots Toy Library, and four decades of wonderful volunteers. This is a free family event which will include a bouncy castle, face painting, bubbles, light refreshments, cake and 80s-themed play zones. It is set to be a wonderful fun morning for all ages.
