West Coast Steiner School is a beautiful oasis for learning 8kms north of Perth’s city centre and 10 minutes from the ocean.  We offer classes from Baby Group to Class 6 (0-12 years old) with a thriving parent community who support our commitment to cherish and protect childhood.

Our Baby Group and Playgroups are held in a home-like environment which nurtures the senses. Programs are play-based with rhythmical qualities incorporating songs, stories, rhymes and seasonal festivals. We aim to create a peaceful haven for a child’s development to naturally unfold and where both parent and child can experience the joy of meaningful connections.

Steiner Early Childhood Educators recognise that children are learning all the time. Children under the age of seven are expert imitators, so the most important role of the kindergarten environment is to offer a healthy, kind and holistic model of living, being and relating, that is worthy of replication. Our kindergartens are built on the premise that free, unhurried, imaginative play is the work of childhood.
