Located in Albany, Torndirrup National Park showcases spectacular natural formations including The Gap, The Natural Bridge, and The Blowholes. The park features modern viewing platforms that provide stunning views of the Southern Ocean and dramatic coastline. A raised pathway from the car park makes the main attractions accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.
Stand-Out Feature:
The Gap’s viewing platform stands 40 metres above the ocean, featuring a unique see-through grated floor that allows visitors to watch the powerful waves crash against the cliff face below. The Natural Bridge rock formation, just a 2-minute walk away, offers equally impressive views of this ancient landscape formed millions of years ago.
Top Tip:
Purchase your day pass at the car park ticket machines before exploring. While The Gap and Natural Bridge are easily accessible for all ages, the Blowholes walk (15 minutes with steep steps) is better suited for older children and adults. Note: there are no public toilets in the park – the nearest facilities are at Frenchman Bay. Visit on a rough sea day for the most dramatic views!
