Resilience: The Ability to Bounce Back

Mental Health is of utmost importance in our life. How do we cope with the stresses in our life? What can we do to boost good mental health? This workshop at Wanneroo Library will look into emotional and personal resilience and how to build resilience.
About the presenter
Priya Shah is a seasoned finance professional working for nearly 20 years in the field. She completed her Bachelor of Business at ECU and is CPA (Certified Practicing Accountant) qualified.
Priya discovered her passion for Mental Health and Personal Wellbeing through a session at CPA Week and went on to complete a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Mental Health First Aid and Certificate in Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health. Her aim is to share her knowledge so that others can benefit from her experiences and understanding of mental health and personal wellbeing. Priya has presented workshops at her workplaces and at CPA.
This workshop is recomended for adults.
