Join us for the Bringing Up Great Kids Parenting Adolescents program. It’s a free seven-week program created by Australian Childhood Foundation.
Stay connected to your tween or teen and support them to develop independence.
Topics include:
- Understanding brain development
- Recognising the meaning behind behaviours
- Working with tweens/teens individuality and boundary-pushing
- Addressing unhelpful attitudes
- Reflecting on our parenting practices
- Communicating effectively
- Managing parenting stress
- Seeking professional help if needed.
Ideal for parents/carers of children 10-18 years.
