Scrapbooking & Youth Centre Drop In, Ages 11 – 17yrs.

Join us for this fun activity! Bring along some of your favourite photos as we learn some scrapbooking basics. In this fun workshop we will learn about the basics of design and colour, tools and techniques and just get creative.
This session will give you the confidence to continue scrapping’ in your own time.
Register your interest. This event is open for young people aged 11-17 yrs, youth who do not meet the required age will have their ticket refunded.
Please ensure that you arrive 5 mins prior to the event start time to have your name marked off by one of the Youth Workers and bring your ticket with you.
Please note that no food will be provided during this event. Water is available however we do encourage you to bring your own water bottle and packed lunch.
Following this event the Lynwood Youth Centre will be open 1.30pm -until 4:30pm. Young people are more than welcome to stay during this time and enjoy the facility. Youth Centre activities include Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Pool tables, Table tennis and lots of other board games and activities.

Our qualified youth team will do all they can to ensure young people are safe, supported and supervised during their time on our programs and in our centres. A large part of our Youth Service is delivering drop-in from youth centres and outreach activities at various locations; meaning young people can come and go as they please during opening times. Please note: if a young person chooses to leave in the middle of a program or centre open hours, they have the right to do so. City of Canning does not take responsibility for young people who leave the centre or are not in the premises. City of Canning youth staff do not have the authority to keep young people at our premises at the request of parents.
