DESCRIPTION:Want to learn how to make healthy food choices & cook delicious & nutritious food\, while hanging out with other like minded young people?\n\n\nJoin us for this fun free activity! \nAll youth aged between 11 – 17yrs are invited to register and join our youth workers for a special\, three hour workshop to learn about nutrition\, You’ll get the chance to practice cooking and share a meal together to explore new foods and flavors. Join us for some holiday fun!” \nRegister your interest . This event is open for young people aged 11-17yrs\, youth who do not meet the required age will have their ticket refunded. \nPlease ensure that you arrive 5 mins prior to the event start time to have your name marked off by one of the Youth Workers and bring your ticket with you. \nPlease note that food will be provided \, we will be cooking Pizzas and Cupcakes.   Water is available however we do encourage you to bring your own water bottle and preferred snacks. \nDuty of Care: The City of Canning is committed to providing safe and supported environments where young people can feel welcome and thrive. Our qualified youth team will do all they can to ensure young people are safe\, supported and supervised during their time on our programs and in our centres. A large part of our Youth Service is delivering drop-in from youth centres and outreach activities at various locations; meaning young people can come and go as they please during opening times. Please note: if a young person chooses to leave in the middle of a program or centre open hours\, they have the right to do so. City of Canning does not take responsibility for young people who leave the centre or are not in the premises. DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to join in this 2-hour one off adventure. Everything needed to play is provided. Come and see what perils lurk in Faerun\n\n\nJoin us for an adventure in the world of Faerun for a one-shot campaign. People of all knowledge\, skills and experience are welcome as everything needed will be supplied. Of course\, you can always bring you’re lucky dice. \nTwo groups will be running for a 2-hour session\, one with Ben from Canning Youth Services and one run by Your Local DM. Groups will begin shortly after 10:00 am and finishing around 12:00 pm Pre-made characters and dice are provided with handbooks and experienced players and DM’s to answer any questions or concerns. \nThis session is suitable for young people aged 11-17. New players or just an interest in D&D are welcome to attend. Any questions\, feel free to contact Canning Youth Services.
