At the end of the workshop\, participants will take home their gravity cake to share with family and friends\, or enjoy themselves.\nThis hands-on workshop offers a fantastic opportunity to get creative\, build confidence and connect with other young people in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you’re a budding baker or simply love all things sweet\, the Holiday Mayhem: Gravity Cake Creation workshop promises an afternoon full of creativity\, laughter and delicious fun.\n\n\n\nAdditional Workshop Information\n\n🍭 Each ticket purchased admits one young person (aged 10-18 years) to attend the workshop. Freestyle Now will be conducting a FREE skatepark Jam session at the High Wycombe skatepark.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Kalamunda \nFreestyle Now will be hosting a FREE skatepark jam session at the High Wycombe skatepark for Skateboard\, scooter and BMX participants. Participants will be able to learn new tricks or get advice on tricks and gain new confidence levels but most of all everyone can have a stack of fun. The coaching jam sessions are more than just helping teach skills. These workshops are fun\, informative and motivational. The squad members let the participants ride at their own level and encourage progression. All our instructors are very easy going and relate to the participants well. Our workshops cover all aspects of the sports\, as well as equipment maintenance and personal safety issues. \nThroughout the skatepark jam session a variety of challenges will cater for all levels of abilities in Skateboard\, Scooter and BMX. This is a chance for participants to showcase their abilities amongst their peers and for the community to see the skatepark participants excelling in a positive way. Some of the types of challenges that might take place would include best trick\, longest manual\, best trick on a certain part of the skatepark\, most engaged rider\, best youngest rider\, etc. Prizes are given out to the winners of the challenges. \nAll equipment is checked prior to the participant’s involvement to make sure that it is in a safe condition and minor repairs or adjustments can be made if necessary. Passionate musicians can also perform on our fully equipped stage at Late Night Live\, a once-a-term live music night. \nThere are two Drop-In sessions tailored to different age groups: \n\n10-14 years: provides a fun and welcoming space for younger secondary school-aged young people to make friends\, enjoy activities\, build confidence and try new experiences.\n15-25 years: offers young people in this age group a relaxed environment to socialise\, unwind\, explore their interests and connect with others in a supportive setting.\n\nQualified Youth Workers are present at every session to provide support\, guidance and a friendly chat whenever needed. Light refreshments are provided and\, unless otherwise stated\, all activities are free to attend.
