DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the Town of Victoria Park.\nFreestyle Now will be conducting FREE coaching sessions at the McCallum Park Skatepark.\n\n\nThanks to the Town of Victoria Park. \nThis session is for 5-12 year olds. \nFreestyle now will be facilitating a fun and informative coaching session at McCallum Park Skatepark for Skateboard\, Scooter\, BMX and Rollerskate participants. Our facilitators analyze the participants’ skill level and work from that base and assist with confidence building. It is important to not only just focus on skill building but confidence as well. By using their own skill base as a stepping stone we are able to help them advance. Our coaches speak the participant’s language and speak on their level. Our instructors relay the importance of safety\, the importance of helmets and how they can minimize injuries. Freestyle Now team members will be present to offer participants technical advice\, trick tips\, skill development and skatepark etiquette. \nAll participants would need their own equipment\, helmet and closed in shoes. Participants with defective equipment may not be able to participate.
