You can certainly bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks and picnic with your family in the park. \nThere is quite a lot of available seating\, but do bring a lightweight picnic rug just in case. \nThere is parking around the park\, with limited off-street parking. \nThere is public transport\, with the following buses picking up and dropping off just 50 metres from the event. Catch the 321 or 322 bus from Midland Station. A bus leaves Midland Station every hour on the hour. The bus departing at 1.45pm should get you to the festival at 2.05pm. Get off the bus in Burkinshaw Road at the bus stop between Harold Street and Railway Parade.
