DESCRIPTION:Looking for a chill spot to hang out? Young people are welcome at our youth centres during Drop-In sessions! Meet new friends\, play games\, and just unwind with Youth Workers on hand.  \nDrop-In at the Castle is a program which provides a safe place throughout the school term for young people who enjoy meeting up and making new friends. There is a range of fun activities including playing table tennis\, foosball\, art activities\, conquering games on the Xbox\, 360 or the Wii and sports equipment. The obvious benefits of meeting in a safe friendly supportive positive and encouraging space to create art\, led to the program becoming ongoing and a new focus of Richmind’s recovery approach and brand.\n \nThis exhibition celebrates the numerous and profound benefits art can have on our mental health and the amazing diversity of ways people can express themselves creatively to support their wellbeing.
