DESCRIPTION:Creative Kids is a fun and engaging parent-child program where families can explore creativity together through themed weekly activities\, hands-on crafts and sensory experiences. In a welcoming and inclusive environment\, children build confidence\, develop important social skills such as sharing and cooperation\, and strengthen fine motor abilities through activities involving cutting\, gluing\, painting and experimenting with a variety of art materials. More than just a craft class\, Creative Kids provides a wonderful opportunity for families to connect\, create lasting memories and nurture imagination while enjoying quality time together.\nGuided by the City of Gosnells Families program facilitators\, Creative Kids is a parent-led program for children aged 2–4 years\, with parents or caregivers required to remain for the entire session to participate\, supervise and support their child’s learning\, creativity and exploration.\nEnrolling your child into Creative Kids (2 – 4 years)\nCreative Kids runs for 8–9 weeks during the school term. Below are the steps involved in registering your child into a class. \n\nReview the  Children and Families’ FAQ & Cancellation Policy Information before proceeding to registration.\nRegister for the term program by purchasing a ticket to secure a place in the program via the TryBooking event (hyperlinked below).\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🗓️\n\n\nRegistrations open Wednesday\, 8 July 2026 at 8:30am\n\n\n\n\nClick on the respective button below to register into a class for the upcoming term. \nWe understand parents may be required to care for more than one child. As such\, no fees apply to children in prams\, however\, siblings not in prams will need to be registered as program attendees. Our age ranges are a guide and activities can be adapted so everyone can join in. Any unclaimed places resulting from no-shows will then be offered to those waiting. If the venue has reached capacity\, we regret that we will be unable to admit additional guests. \nBuds n Blooms is an intergenerational nature play group that provides a community led\, highly enriched\, sensory and outdoor learning and play environment for all ages. The weekly program (Tuesdays 9.30am-11.30am during school terms)\, encourages children\, older adults and other attendees to engage with the environment in a garden based setting\, led by a skilled facilitator. \nThis program is suitable for all\, aged 0-100! Our guided activities and workshops are structured and directed towards ages 0-7 but remain inclusive for all to participate and enjoy. DESCRIPTION:Midvale Hub Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers living in the local government areas of Mundaring\, Swan\, Bassendean and Bayswater. \nAll parents and caregivers are welcome\, we value diversity and inclusion from all cultural backgrounds\, family types\, and abilities. \nA staff member will give you a call two to three weeks before the program starts to complete a simple registration and check in with you about any questions or needs. \nBringing up Great Kids in the Early Years is a five-week session program\, it supports building positive relationships and interactions between parents and their babies under eight months. \nWe will explore thee understanding our babies’ needs in early life and how to meet these needs\, understanding origins or parenting styles and the importance of a positive start ways of giving nurturing messages to our babies. We also explore how to take care of ourselves during our parenting journey.

DESCRIPTION:Skate Jams are free\, supervised drop-in sessions that provide young people with the opportunity to skate\, socialise\, and connect with Youth Workers in a fun\, safe\, and welcoming environment. Held at local skate parks\, participants can bring their own skateboards and safety gear or make use of the skateboards and helmets available on-site. \nIn addition to skating\, Skate Jams offer a range of activities and equipment\, including sports gear\, music\, snacks\, and seating areas\, creating a relaxed space where young people can hang out with friends\, meet new people\, and stay active.
