DESCRIPTION:Froggy’s Fun on the Green is a free\, family-friendly mobile outdoor play session for Cockburn parents\, grandparents or carers with children aged 0 to 5 years. It offers fun activities for children and a chance for mums\, dads\, grandparents or carers to connect with others\, and also access information and support. \nTwo sessions are held per week during school terms. \nPlease note: \n\nNo bookings are required\, just sign in on the day so we can record attendance\nIf you arrive early (before 9am or 8.30am in Term 1) at the park\, use the playground until the session is set up\nDo not attend if you or your child is sick\nPlease help staff pack up after the session\nDo not bring dogs for safety reasons\nParents/carers are responsible for looking after their children at all times (please note there is a lake in Manning Park)\nPlease don’t take photos or videos of children who are not yours or who you are not caring for on the day.\nIn case of bad weather\, call 0467 713 447 to see if Froggy’s is going ahead\, but remember staff are busy setting up so cannot always respond immediately. The fresh morning air\, the gentle sounds of the lake\, the soft light of dawn breaking across the water\, the supportive energy of fellow early risers\, it all combines into an experience that feeds your soul as much as your body.  \n  \nEach hour-long class blends gentle stretches\, mindful movement and guided breathing\, flowing into a peaceful meditation. You’ll leave feeling refreshed\, grounded and ready for the day ahead.  \n  \nJoin a single session or make it your Sunday ritual throughout March. All you need is your yoga mat or towel and your water bottle. \n  \nSuitable for all ages and fitness levels. Modifications and alternatives will be offered throughout the class to accommodate different ability levels.

These larger-than-life luminescent sculptures aren’t static installations – they’re living\, breathing presences that respond to their environment.   \n  \nThroughout the day\, these figures play with seasonal light and shadow\, their forms shifting and multiplying in the water’s reflection. They charge themselves with solar energy\, becoming gloriously luminescent as twilight falls\, creating an entirely different experience after dark. Crystal People invites you to witness the grace of air\, water and light giving life to these human imprints.  \n  \nThis is installation art that speaks to our shared humanity\, our relationship with nature and the importance of living in harmony with the elements. Whether you visit during your morning walk\, pause during lunch or return as the sun sets to see them glow\, each encounter offers something new.   \n  \nCrystal People transforms your local park into a space of wonder and meaning.
