The session will run for about 45 minutes. We’ll also run polls, as well as some extra discussion and Q&A at the end.
Having enough people to help is the number one issue facing community clubs. Club administrators often resort to the ‘I’ll do it myself’ mentality. We’ll show you how to create a volunteer program that doesn’t just survive, but thrives.
We’ll be sharing tips and content such as:

– How to remove barriers to volunteering
– Reducing volunteer burnout and retaining great people
– The importance of having a succession plan
