Cockburn Parenting Services invites you to this free parenting group to strengthen your emotional coaching skills and recognise, understand and manage your children’s emotions.

We will cover:

• Understanding the relationship between children’s emotions and behaviour
• Supporting children to understand strong emotions and deal with conflict
• Using children’s emotional experiences as an opportunity for closeness and teaching
• Assisting children to verbally label and manage their emotions and
• Develop skills to assist children in problem solving.

This course is most relevant to parents/carers of children 4- 12 years of age.
