The Active8 Program is an 8-week free healthy lifestyle program for parents or carers of children aged 2-5 years old. The program is run statewide and funded by the Department of Health. It focuses on healthy eating, active play, sleep and mealtimes for children in their early years. Parents and carers receive free resources and families are supported by dietician/nutritionist one-on-one each week.
