Nature Know-How: Make a native bee hotel (Ballajura)
September 17 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Please note that this program is suitable for adults and young people with supervision, and is an educational and hands-on workshop. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event.
The Bee Babette, Dr Kit Prendergast, is tuning in from ‘over east’ to share the buzz about native bees – who they are, when they evolved, what they do, and how we can all conserve them! After this online presentation and Q&A, attendees will have the chance to make and decorate their own bamboo bee hotel to take home.
Nature Know-How is a new series of free programs hosted across the City’s libraries and bushland reserves! To find out more and see the full list of workshops and talks, visit the City of Swan Libraries website.
In accordance with hygiene requirements, social distancing will be maintained throughout this program and hand sanitizing stations and cleaning products will be available for use.
Please book in as spaces are limited. For all inquiries contact Balljura Public Library on (08) 9207 8686.
