National Science Week with Kath Moller @ Girrawheen Library

As part of National Science Week we are welcoming Kath Moller, a local sustainability educator.
She will be sharing her expertise in all things pickling and persevering veggies in glass jars.
Enjoy the fruits of the harvest by preserving food safely all year round. Normal kitchen equipment can works wonders, helping to preserve food. Kath Moller is passionate about making preserves with little or no sugar.
Kath will be demonstrating basic home preservation with pre-loved glass jars and new lids.
