As part of National Science Week we are welcoming Jenny Lam. Jenny will be showcasing the importance of pickling and discussing her culinary journey.
Chef and restaurateur Jenny Lam gets to the heart of Vietnamese cuisine, sharing the family secrets and time-honoured recipes in her cookbook Eat Like a Viet.
Jenny grew up in Sydney and Brisbane before spending her teenage years in Wanneroo.
Jenny will be providing mini Banh Mi bread rolls that are delicious with picked veggies, Asian ham, green onion, coriander, and a drizzle of seasoning inside.
You’ll be eating like a Viet at home in no time.
Jenny’s cookbook Eat Like a Viet will be available for purchase and signing.
