Mental health for parents.
Drawing from 25 years as a health practitioner and 14 years as a mum Nikki Di Costa will provide a framework for parents to build and maintain sound mental health and overall health and wellbeing in what sometimes feels like ‘the chaos’ of raising a healthy family.

Nikki will get you to challenge your status quo and you will leave with simple and sustainable toolbox items to keep you well and at your best as a parent!
