In My Pocket Workshop (Ages 8-12)
October 4, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Presented by the WE ARE HERE! Foundation, this workshop will include a reading of an uplifting true story about a young girl forced to flee her homeland. Participants will learn about our multicultural communities and diverse backgrounds. This will be followed by a creative arts and crafts session. Participants will get to take home their artwork and a mini copy of the book In My Pocket.
All children aged 12 and under must have an accompanying parent/carer present in the library during activity sessions.
