Hut building with Educated by Nature

About this event:
This nature-based incursion is designed to connect students (and teachers) with the natural world through play. This creates an internal sense of why it’s important to change our environmental behaviours, and work to find sustainable solutions for our world.
The incursions are designed to empower students through the opportunity to develop skills and find individual and collaborative success in the transformation of natural objects.
Libraries Literacy Festival 2024. The Shire of Harvey Libraries are proud to present its Libraries Literacy Festival. The theme for this festival is “Imagine the possibilities”.
The two-day event includes a mix of free community events for all ages – creative writing workshops, author talks and special activities.
The festival features an exciting line-up of award-winning authors, including David Whish-Wilson, Josh Langley, Sasha Wasley, Sara Foster, Cristy Burne, Kylie Howarth, Joanne Morrell, Katie Stewart and Kamille Roach.
