FREE workshop for young musicians ‘JOIN A CONCERT BAND’ for 11-18yrs

Musical kids band workshop for 11-18 years
Join us for an exciting band workshop designed specifically for kids aged 11-18 years! This in-person event will take place on Thursday afternoons from the 9th to the 30th of November from 5 to 6pm at the Parkerville Hall, Seaborne Street, Parkerville. Over 4 weeks we will rehearse some Christmas tunes and then put on a performance at the end for your families to come and enjoy. Get ready to unleash those musical talents and have a blast with other young musicians. Whether you’re a beginner or quite experienced, as long as you can follow sheet music we can tailor parts for you. Places are available for brass and woodwind players, as well as drums and piano… with specialist educators on hand, this workshop aims to deliver a fun and motivational experience for kids, and at the end of the workshop, attendees can choose to join the band full time with a free 1 year membership. Places are limited so please register quickly to avoid disappointment!
