Family Domestic Violence Information Session

Family and Domestic Violence occurs when one person uses violence and/or intimidation to control the other. When the victim feels threatened and is too frightened to argue back or report the abuse, the perpetrator has power and control.
This information session will discuss the roots and definition of ‘Family & Domestic Violence’, the Cycle of Violence and the various forms of abuse, as well as where and how to support someone going through FDV.
