Is your child aged 2 -5 years, a growing ball of energy and a fussy eater?
The Active8 Program is a free, eight-week healthy lifestyle program for children and families running in partnership with WA Department of Health.
Families learn about fussy eating, active play and building healthy habits over a fun and interactive eight weeks. Delivered by a qualified health professional, families receive a bunch of free resources along the way.
Programs are running in the local community or online for term one.
