DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the City of Armadale. Freestyle Now will be conducting FREE skatepark coaching sessions at the Roleystone Skatepark.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Armadale. \nFreestyle now will be facilitating an informal\, fun and informative coaching session at Roleystone Skatepark for Rollerskate\, Scooter\, BMX and Skateboard participants. Our facilitators analyze the participants’ skill level and work from that base and assist with confidence building. It is important to not only just focus on skill building but confidence as well. By using their own skill base as a stepping stone we are able to help them advance. Our coaches speak the participant’s language and speak on their level. Our instructors relay the importance of safety\, the importance of helmets and how they can minimize injuries. Freestyle Now team members will be present to offer participants technical advice\, trick tips\, skill development and skatepark etiquette. \nParticipants are split up into groups based on their skill level and what they are interested in achieving. \nAll participants would need their own equipment\, helmet and closed in shoes. Participants with defective equipment may not be able to participate. Our coaches may be able to assist with some minor adjustments (Scooter/BMX Bar straightening\, skate/rollerskate truck/wheel tightening) before the session starts if required and time permitting. \nParticipants under the age of 6 will be taken on their ability to understand and follow instructions and to control their apparatus. \nKey points \n\nParticipants must be wearing a helmet\nPlease remember to bring some water and wear sunscreen\nParents must stay on site if their child is under 12\nLimited spare scooters and skateboard may be available\nPlease arrive 15 minutes early to register your attendance\nDisclaimer form will need to be signed on the day\nCoaching workshops are not suitable for 3 wheeled plastic scooters or plastic rollers skates\n\nFreestyle Now coaching workshops are fun\, informative and motivational. \nOur coaches let the participants ride at their own level and encourage progression. \nAll our coaches are very easy going and relate to the participants well. SUMMARY:Wandi BMX / MTB Pump Track Jam Session
DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the City of Kwinana.\nFreestyle Now will be conducting a FREE BMX / MTB  jam sessions at the Wandi pump track.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Kwinana. Freestyle Now will be conducting FREE BMX/MTB Jam sessions at the Wandi Pump Track.  \nHead on down to the Wandi BMX Pump Track and participate in some good rad fun. There will be some rad prizes to be given out for the challenges that are set on the day and there will be plenty. Who will win best trick? Who will win footdown? Throughout the jam session a variety of challenges will cater for all levels of abilities for all participants. This is a chance for participants to showcase their abilities amongst their peers and for the community to see the skatepark participants excelling in a positive way. Some of the types of challenges that might take place would include best trick\, longest manual\, best trick on a certain part of the skatepark\, most engaged rider\, best youngest rider\, etc. Prizes are given out to the winners of the challenges. All thanks to the city of South Perth. \nAll participants would need their own equipment and would also be required to wear a helmet and closed in shoes. Participants with defective bikes may not be able to participate. DESCRIPTION:Freestyle Now will be hosting a skateboard\, scooter rollerskate coaching session for\, Thanks to the City of Bayswater.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Bayswater\, Freestyle Now will be hosting a SHE / HER / Gender Diverse skatepark coaching session for skateboard\, scooter\, BMX and rollerskate participants at the Bayswater skatepark.  \nFollowed by a mixed skateboard\, scooter\, BMX\, rollerskate. \n \nFreestyle Now will create a safe space for participants to learn in. \n \nSession 1 – 9:00am (She / Her /Gender Diverse) \nSession 2 – 10:00am (Mixed) \n \nLOCATION – Bayswater Skatepark\, Wotton Reserve\, Embelton Ave\, Embelton \n \nThe workshop sessions would be open to any participant over the age of 6. \n \nFreestyle Now squad members will offer participants technical advice\, trick tips\, skill development and skatepark etiquette\, as well as give step by step instructions on how to achieve greater levels of confidence. \n \nEach coaching workshop session is 50 minutes in duration.  A parent information session takes place between the two sessions so if you are in the second session please be early. Our facilitators analyze the participants skill level and work from that base and assist with confidence building. Skills can be taught but confidence cannot. It is important to not only just focus on skill building but confidence as well. By using their own skill base as a stepping stone we are able to help them advance. Our instructors speak the participant’s language and speak on their level.
