Freestyle Now will be conducting FREE skatepark coaching sessions at the Gwynne Skatepark.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Armadale. \nFreestyle now will be facilitating an informal\, fun and informative coaching session at Gwynne Skatepark for Rollerskate\, Scooter\, BMX and Skateboard participants. Our facilitators analyze the participants’ skill level and work from that base and assist with confidence building. It is important to not only just focus on skill building but confidence as well. By using their own skill base as a stepping stone we are able to help them advance. Our coaches speak the participant’s language and speak on their level. Our instructors relay the importance of safety\, the importance of helmets and how they can minimize injuries. Freestyle Now team members will be present to offer participants technical advice\, trick tips\, skill development and skatepark etiquette. \nParticipants are split up into groups based on their skill level and what they are interested in achieving. \nAll participants would need their own equipment\, helmet and closed in shoes. Participants with defective equipment may not be able to participate. DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the City of Wanneroo\, Freestyle Now will be hosting a skatepark coaching jam  session at the Yanchep skatepark.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Wanneroo. \nINFORMATION – Freestyle Now will be hosting a skateboard\, scooter and BMX coaching jam session. The session will be open to any participants in skateboard\, scooter and BMX who would like to increase their skill level and get advice on tricks. There will be mini challenges held during the session with lots of prizes to be given away. Participants can register for the sessions on line via the link below. Participants can also register on the day. All thanks to the City of Wanneroo. \nThe jam session runs for 3 hours. Participants can come and go as they please. There is no groups allocated to Freestyle Now coaches in this session. It is an open session in relation to the coaching side. Mini challenges and fun skatepark games are the main focus. \nAt the beginning and end of the session Freestyle Now will host a skatepark information session the help educate participants and parents on all things related to skatepark use (etiquette\, safety\, equipment) \nThe workshop sessions would be open to any participant over the age of 6. \nFreestyle Now squad members would be present to offer participants technical advice\, trick tips\, skill development and skatepark etiquette. \nOur facilitators analyze the participant’s skill level and work from that base and assist with confidence building. DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the City of Kalamunda. Freestyle Now will be conducting a FREE skatepark Jam session at the High Wycombe skatepark.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Kalamunda \nFreestyle Now will be hosting a FREE skatepark jam session at the High Wycombe skatepark for Skateboard\, scooter and BMX participants. Participants will be able to learn new tricks or get advice on tricks and gain new confidence levels but most of all everyone can have a stack of fun. The coaching jam sessions are more than just helping teach skills. These workshops are fun\, informative and motivational. The squad members let the participants ride at their own level and encourage progression. All our instructors are very easy going and relate to the participants well. Our workshops cover all aspects of the sports\, as well as equipment maintenance and personal safety issues. \nThroughout the skatepark jam session a variety of challenges will cater for all levels of abilities in Skateboard\, Scooter and BMX. This is a chance for participants to showcase their abilities amongst their peers and for the community to see the skatepark participants excelling in a positive way. Some of the types of challenges that might take place would include best trick\, longest manual\, best trick on a certain part of the skatepark\, most engaged rider\, best youngest rider\, etc. Prizes are given out to the winners of the challenges. \nAll equipment is checked prior to the participant’s involvement to make sure that it is in a safe condition and minor repairs or adjustments can be made if necessary. Freestyle Now is hosting a FREE Scooter\, Skateboard\, BMX\, Rollerskate jam at Esplanade Youth Plaza.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Fremantle. \nFreestyle Now will be hosting a girls and gender diverse skatepark jam session at the Esplanade Youth Plaza skatepark for Skateboard\, Rollerskate\, BMX and Scooter participants. The workshop sessions would be open to any girls or gender diverse participant over the age of 6\, with the aim of creating an inclusive\, welcoming space for all people and skill levels to get involved at the skatepark. \nParticipants will be able to learn new tricks or get advice on tricks and gain new confidence levels but most of all everyone can have a stack of fun. DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the Shire of\, Jarrahdale-Serpentine. Freestyle Now will be hosting a skatepark coaching session at the Byford skatepark!\n\n\nThanks to the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale. \nFreestyle now will be facilitating a fun and informative coaching session at Byford Skatepark for Skateboard\, Scooter and BMX participants. Our facilitators analyze the participants’ skill level and work from that base and assist with confidence building. It is important to not only just focus on skill building but confidence as well. By using their own skill base as a stepping stone we are able to help them advance. Our coaches speak the participant’s language and speak on their level. Our instructors relay the importance of safety\, the importance of helmets and how they can minimize injuries. Freestyle Now team members will be present to offer participants technical advice\, trick tips\, skill development and skatepark etiquette. \nAll participants would need their own equipment\, helmet and closed in shoes. Participants with defective equipment may not be able to participate. Throughout the jam session a variety of challenges will cater for all levels of abilities for all participants. This is a chance for participants to showcase their abilities amongst their peers and for the community to see the skatepark participants excelling in a positive way. Freestyle Now will be hosting a FREE Scooter\, Skateboard\, BMX\, Rollerskate jam session at Edge Skatepark.\n\n\nThanks to the City of Kwinana. \nINFORMATION – Freestyle Now will be hosting a skateboard\, scooter\, rollerskate and BMX coaching jam session. The session will be open to any participants in skateboard\, scooter\, BMX and Rollerskate who would like to increase their skill level and get advice on tricks. There will be mini challenges held during the session with lots of prizes to be given away. Participants can register for the sessions on line via the link below. Participants can also register on the day. \nThe jam session runs for 3 hours. Participants can come and go as they please. There is no groups allocated to Freestyle Now coaches in this session. It is an open session in relation to the coaching side. Mini challenges and fun skatepark games are the main focus. \nAt the beginning and end of the session Freestyle Now will host a skatepark information session the help educate participants and parents on all things related to skatepark use (etiquette\, safety\, equipment) \nThe workshop sessions would be open to any participant over the age of 6. \nFreestyle Now squad members would be present to offer participants technical advice\, trick tips\, skill development and skatepark etiquette. \nOur facilitators analyze the participant’s skill level and work from that base and assist with confidence building. Mini challenges and fun skatepark games are the main focus. \nAt the beginning and end of the session Freestyle Now will host a skatepark information session the help educate participants and parents on all things related to skatepark use (etiquette\, safety\, equipment) \nThe workshop sessions would be open to any participant over the age of 6. \nFreestyle Now squad members would be present to offer participants technical advice\, trick tips\, skill development and skatepark etiquette. \nOur facilitators analyze the participant’s skill level and work from that base and assist with confidence building. Skills can be taught but confidence cannot. It is important to not only just focus on skill building but confidence as well. By using their own skill base as a stepping stone we are able to help them advance. Our instructors speak the participant’s language and speak on their level. Our instructors relay this safety message to our participants and reiterate the importance of helmets and how they can minimize injuries. \nAll participants would need their own equipment and would also be required to wear a helmet and closed in shoes. Participants with defective equipment may not be able to participate.
