DESCRIPTION:Blockbusters\, blankets and bug spray. Settle in this summer for a season of big-screen magic under the stars. \nAt Sunset Cinemas\, you can expect much more than just a movie. In addition to family favourite films\, these popular events will feature children’s activities\, sausage sizzle and ice cream. It’s a guaranteed great night out with your friends and family! \nYou can bring your own rugs\, bean bags\, low lying chairs and cushions to get comfy and enjoy the films on offer. What a great way to spend a Friday evening! \nPre-screening entertainment begins from 5.30pm. Sausages have been kindly donated by Chucks Tender Meats \nIce cream\, popcorn and soft drink will be available to purchase. \n\n\n\nWhat happens if it’s raining?\n\nThe event will still go ahead if it’s raining unless there are severe weather warnings that will compromise the safety of the event. \nCheck our website or Facebook page for any updates regarding cancellation. And check the weather before you head to the event to ensure you’re dressed appropriately. If it’s raining\, pack a poncho or raincoat! \n\n\n\nCan I bring my pet?\n\nPets are permitted as long as they remain on a lead for the duration. \n\n\n\nWhat time does it start?\n\nThe activities for kids will begin at 5.30pm\, however\, the movie will not start until 10 minute after sunset to ensure it is dark enough to screen. \nThis means the movie will begin screening closer to 7pm at the start of the month and closer to 7.15pm towards the end of the month. Note\, these timings are estimates only. \n\n\n\nIs smoking permitted at the event?\n\nBoth smoking and vaping are not permitted at the event\, you will need to leave the event area to smoke or vape. \n\n\n\nWhat items are prohibited?\n\nItems prohibited at the event include: \n\nAlcohol and illicit substances of any kind;\nGlass bottles\, glassware or breakable containers;\nDrones or any other remote-controlled devices;\nBarbecues or shade structures;\nWeapons of any kind\, including any item that can be used as a projectile;\nKnives or scissors;\nFireworks\, sparklers or flares;\nLaser pointers;\nCameras and recording devices for commercial use (unless prior approve by Council)\nOther items deemed by security\, police or event coordinators as having potential to cause injury or public nuisance.\n\n\n\n\nLost property\n\nAll lost property will be stored at the onsite information kiosk during the event.
