Join us at Swan Valley for an unforgettable 4-day program designed for youth with disabilities to connect\, play\, grow and build capacity! \n \nThis Accessible Adventure Program offers young people with disability the chance to build confidence\, independence\, and friendships in a safe\, supported\, and fun environment. \n \n🧭 What to expect: \n\nGuided nature-based activities\, games & walks\nGroup-based adventures to support social skill development\nHands-on life skill experiences (cooking\, planning\, teamwork)\nSupport staff trained in working with youth with disability\nSmall and supportive groups\nNDIS-reporting and documentation available\n\n \n🌿 Whether it’s your child’s first time away or a returning adventurer\, we focus on creating a positive\, supportive space where every participant can grow at their own pace. \n \n🎒 This program may be suitable for young people aged 18-35 and may be claimable under your NDIS plan as part of Capacity Building and Core Supports.
